1982-2002 Camaro/Firebird UMI C5/C6 Brake Conversion Brackets

The UMI brake conversion brackets enable the installation of 1997-2013 C5 or C6 front calipers and rotors onto 1993-2002 GM Camaro/Firebird spindles. Crafted from 3/8” thick mild steel, these CNC laser-cut brackets feature precisely turned and fully welded stand-offs for a secure and accurate fit. They are finished with a durable black powder coat and come with Grade 10.9 mounting hardware and clear installation instructions. LT1 and LS1 spindles need modifications for installation, with LS1 requiring less cutting. Note that only the adapter brackets are included; rotors, calipers, abutment brackets, and pads must be sourced separately.

Requirements: - C5 brackets require a minimum of a 17” wheel for clearance, while C6 requires 18” - Some wheels may not clear with the conversion kit and may require wheel spacers - Wheels known to not clear include Enkei Win, 93-94 SLP Firehawk wheel, Borbet Type T, Forgeline RS Reverse Rim, Torque Thrust II, and Konig Monsoon 17"
